I couldn't think of a clever title.

This is another pairing that's been growing on me lately. My head canon for these two is that America was instantly smitten upon meeting fem!Japan, mainly because he hasn't seen many female nations before. fem!Japan on the other hand wasn't very impressed with this over confident youngster and took a few decades to warm up to him... romantically.

(I know that somewhere it says that fem!Japan cut her hair before America came to open the country for trade, but I just wanted to draw fem!Japan with long hair.)
